One of many important tools is the Kano model.
The process by which we can achieve customer satisfaction was scientifically researched by Noriako Kano in Japan.
The Kano model is a description of how we can systematically generate customer satisfaction.
It explains the connection between achieving certain properties of a product or service and the expected satisfaction of customers with it.
